We are responsible for the entire customer service division of Zalando GmbH whose rapidly growing product range involves, in addition to premium quality shoes, fashion, bags and accessories by internationally known brands, also interesting young labels and exclusive designers. With our high aspiration for service and our aim to provide an exclusive shopping experience to all of our customers, we offer advice on all products and help with any other concerns. Via telephone, chat or e-mail we are available for our customers in Germany and many other European countries.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT INBOUND (M/F) FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL MARKET IN NETHERLANDS
YOUR TASK
• Responding to our customers and helping resolve their issues via phone and email (inbound only)
• Advising customers about Zalando services and products
• Administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
• Completed vocational training (business related) or experience in a similar position
• Good German or English knowledge – in written and spoken form
• Excellent knowledge, in written and spoken form of Dutch
• Strong sense of service as well as tactfulness and patience when corresponding with customers • Interest in fashion and trends
• Affinity to internet-based products and services
• Interpersonal skills
• Solution focussed as well as an eye for details and quality
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Flexibility (5-day week, possibly shifts in the future)
