CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT INBOUND (M/F) FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL MARKET IN SWEDEN
YOR DUTIES
• Responding to our customers and helping resolve their issues via phone and email (inbound only)
• Advising customers about zalando services and products
• Administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
• Completed vocational training (business related) or experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge, in written and spoken form of Swedish
• Strong sense of service as well as tactfulness and patience when corresponding with customers
• Interest in fashion and trends
• Affinity to internet-based products and services
• Interpersonal skills
• Solution focussed as well as an eye for details and quality
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Flexibility
