The role: Account Associate (Vietnamese), Online Partnerships Group - Singapore
The Online Partnership Group (OPG) grows Google's business in Southeast Asia with online publishers by partnering with them on solutions such as AdSense and DoubleClick for Publishers. Our team is made up of high-achieving specialists who work with partners in online advertising and e-commerce. In OPG, we thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments and strive to exceed partner expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term win-win relationships. As an Account Associate working for the Online Partnerships Group, you will identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from existing and new partners of large, medium and small sized publishers to grow their online advertising business with Google. You must be a strong team player, able to work on numerous project areas simultaneously and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
* Leverage on this strategic partnership to add value to our publishers' business and hence grow their accounts.
* Think of creative ways to improve our relationships with our clients and grow client revenue.
* Contribute to scalable outreach to publishers across the region via email marketing, events, webinars, phone calls etc.
* Evaluate ads and websites in your specialist language to identify areas of concern and interest. Communicate with linguist and engineering teams to improve our advertising quality.
Minimum qualifications:
* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience).
Preferred qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in business or marketing.
* Relevant experience of consultative sales and account management.
* Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organize the sales activity.
* Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional selling opportunities.
* Demonstrated analytical skills.
* Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
