Company: Our client is one of the largest employers in Germany. They are a Multi-National company that operates in the media, communications, technology and services. They currently have a vacancy for Dutch and German Customer Service Advisor in their Headquarters in Gutersloh Germany.
Role: The Dutch and German speaking position will support our clients in the planning and execution of outbound campaigns. He/she will be responsible for data entry and ensuring that data is maintained. This role requires the candidate to manage clients to ensure a quality service is provided via the phone and by email. This is a role that will require attention to detail and good customer service skills.
Skills: To be considered for the role of bilingual Dutch and German Customer Advisor you must speak native level Dutch, German and fluent English. The successful candidate must have a Degree and experience within sales is advantageous. Candidates with an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, internet explorer, customer databases/ CRM systems are at an advantage.
