As an Hotel Relations Assistant you will be the key point of contact for all UK & Irish hoteliers. Your goal is to both improve the communications between trivago and current hoteliers and focus on building new relationships. You will play a central and active role in all hotel relations related matters and a mentor will be at your side to answer all your questions and give you regular feedback.

Your tasks:

 Telephone and email assistance for hoteliers on the professional portal trivago Hotelier
(http://hotelier.trivago.co.uk)
 Development of registered hoteliers and hotel chains
 Creation of presentations
 Management of content for hoteliers on Facebook and Twitter

Your profile:

 You are a graduate of Business, Marketing or similar at Bachelor level or higher
 You speak English perfectly
 Excellent editorial skills. Ability to write engagingly and convincingly for the web
 You are willing to live and work in Düsseldorf (Germany)
 You are familiar with the MS Office package
 You are able to work in different projects simultaneously in a very dynamic environment
 You have experience within the hotel/travel industry preferably within a related position
 You are interested in the hotelier market and online distribution
 You are willing to learn, able to analyse situations and work independently
 You are creative, flexible and like to have responsibilities
 You are an excellent communicator
