As an Hotel Relations Assistant you will be the key point of contact for all UK & Irish hoteliers. Your goal is to both improve the communications between trivago and current hoteliers and focus on building new relationships. You will play a central and active role in all hotel relations related matters and a mentor will be at your side to answer all your questions and give you regular feedback.
Your tasks:
Telephone and email assistance for hoteliers on the professional portal trivago Hotelier
(http://hotelier.trivago.co.uk)
Development of registered hoteliers and hotel chains
Creation of presentations
Management of content for hoteliers on Facebook and Twitter
Your profile:
You are a graduate of Business, Marketing or similar at Bachelor level or higher
You speak English perfectly
Excellent editorial skills. Ability to write engagingly and convincingly for the web
You are willing to live and work in Düsseldorf (Germany)
You are familiar with the MS Office package
You are able to work in different projects simultaneously in a very dynamic environment
You have experience within the hotel/travel industry preferably within a related position
You are interested in the hotelier market and online distribution
You are willing to learn, able to analyse situations and work independently
You are creative, flexible and like to have responsibilities
You are an excellent communicator
