Company: Our client is a leader worldwide in the manufacturing of elements for commercial vehicles.Their success is based on flexibility and technical knowledge of employees.Due to their growing international business they now require an experienced German Business Manager, Automotive for their Hamburg headquarters.
Role: The role of Business Manager is very challenging and rewarding one. One of the key elements of this role involves managing a team and overseeing staff. In addition this role requires monitoring competitor developments, market activity and pricing structures as well as providing expert help and advice to new and existing customers on all products and services.
Finally to succeed in this role, you must be a very hand on individual with a desire to see things through from beginning to end.
Skills: The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and German. As Business Manager you must have also have strong experience in business management increasing profits together with strong numeracy skills. In addition to this as manager you will be expected to motivate staff and have understanding of working in a fast paced environment. You must also have 2 years managerial experience it is preferred that this is in engineering or car sector. He /she must also have an experience in Business management with a track record in increasing profits. Finally you must be very hands on action oriented individual with a desire to see things through from beginning to end.
