SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit for an Online Bingo Manager to work for one of the most well known brands in the gaming industry based in Gibraltar.
Bingo Manager Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Gaming Services Manager to ensure optimum customer service levels, providing escalation for bingo related queries
* Work closely with the marketing department on the implementation and management of customer acquisition and retention programmes and analyse player activity.
* Responsible for all downloads, casino game interfaces and bingo customer experience Set up Customer VIP and loyalty schemes
* Review payment processes in order to maximise efficiency
* Conduct regular analysis - and maintain market awareness
* Have strong relationship with third party suppliers
* Be in close contact with senior management in order to present reports on the success of bingo products
* Help set annual budgets and targets for bingo
* Liaise with the software supplier and IT to ensure any changes, updates or improvements are implemented efficiently
* Authorising withdrawals
* Be in close contact with the gaming service manager to ensure optimum customer service levels
* Work closely with Marketing to generate and implement promotions and campaigns
Bingo Manager Requirements:
* At least 2 years working in a similar position
* Very strong bingo knowledge
* Proactive and results driven approach
* Excellent communication skills
