Auto Component Manager Hamburg €50,000 - Fluent German Required

The position
You will have the opportunity to join our senior management team, tasked with the exciting prospect of taking a successful company to the next level of profitable growth.
As a Work shop Manager you will have full accountability of the workshop and will be able to run the site as if it were your own business. You will be given full financial responsibility, as well as the chance to develop your highly talented team of Customer Service Advisors and Technicians. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to improve processes and procedures and to perform regular product, pricing and competitor analysis to ensure we remain the market leader for global remanufacturing.

What does an ideal candidate look like?
You will be a fluent German and fluent English speaker, educated to degree level with proven experience of leading teams to achieve business success. A hands-on approach to managing is essential, as is a good understanding of managing profit and loss and balance sheets, together with a proficiency in MS Office.
