Company: Our client is a global, dynamic and growing i gaming company that are currently in a period of growth. They now have a vacancy for a VIP Community Manager in Gibraltar.
Role: As VIP Gaming Community Manager you will be in charge of community relations, planning strategies with the aim of increasing the number of members.
He/She will be responsible for building strong relationships with VIP poker players and continuously support them about the systems of the company. The successful candidate will also be responsible for acquiring and retaining VIP projects within your community and supporting the management team delivering a superior product in relation to forum education content and community building. He/she must have the ability to provide information from the community coordinators and communicate this back to the publishing group. In addition you will be responsible for billing and community safety issues in your geographic territory. Finally the successful candidate will provide feedback in relation to customer service, technical support and marketing.
Skills: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills:
- Must be fluent in English additional European languages are a plus
- Solid VIP community management experience is required
- Must have a deep understanding of Poker Industry, VIP poker players and of building online communities
- Knowledge of game development methods and practices is desired
- Possess a knowledge of sales, marketing, PR KPI`s and functionality to ensure the information passed on is relevant
