SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Casino Retention Manager to join a leading Online Gaming company based at their corporate headquarters in Gibraltar. This job is ideal for an experienced Casino Retention Manager who has the initiative and ability to push our client's online business to the next level of success. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and progressive company in the Online Gaming sector.
Casino Retention Manager Responsibilities:
- Actively monitoring and analysing different player segments in order to initiate appropriate retention resolutions to maximise revenues
- Effectively managing and leading the Retention Team, ensuring individual and team creativity, performance and development
- Developing, implementing and maintaining the marketing communication strategy for our customers including the development of customer surveys
- Supporting the Internal Marketing channel to optimise the LTV of players
- Regular reporting against Retention and Company KPI's
- Adjusting the work plan and priorities to take account of any market event and revenue changes
- Developing processes and procedures to continually improve efficiency within the team and to influence efficiencies across other teams
Casino Retention Manager Profile:
- 3-5 years experience of working in the Online Gaming industry
- Professional Marketing qualification or demonstrable competence at this level
- Proven experience of managing and motivating teams
- Sound management and leadership skills
- Extensive experience and understanding of Casino products and excellent knowledge of casino offers and campaigns relating to different segments
