SRGeurope have been appointed to recruit for an Online Gaming Product Manager to join an industry leading Online Gaming company based at their corporate headquarters in Gibraltar. This job is ideal for an experienced Online Gaming Product Manager with the initiative and ability to push our client's online business to the next level of success. Gaming Product Manager Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for the P&L performance and operations of all casino and games products
* Ownership of product content and website management for Casino and Game prodcuts to maximise turnover, gross margin and yield.
* Ensure consistently favourable commercial agreements with all suppliers.
* Work with key internal teams to ensure robust processes are in place and best working practices are being maintained
* Liaise with the CRM team to design and execute strategy and tactics for customer life cycle management
* Manage bonus distribution and strategy, including the creation of bonus schemes and reviewing performance
* Internal data management and reporting
* Understand customer experience by acquiring customer
* Take ownership of gaming bugs, defects and issues
* Team management including recruitment and performance management
Gaming Product Manager Profile:
* Focused on quality and customer service
* Innovative with exceptional organisation skills
* Good communication skills, written and verbal
* Marketing experience; an understanding of basic marketing principles, including customer life-cycle management
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and principles of design
* Proven excellent negotiating skills
* Previous Online Gaming experience ideally in product management is essential
