Experienced Process Manager (min 8 years) urgently required in Berlin for our client, a Global IT Services provider, employing over 80,000 people across the world.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of Voice processes with worldwide effects.
Tasks include process redesign & E2E process performance management in coordination with department architecture, tooling, automation & processes, problem management, incident management, change management.
The Senior Process Manager will ensure compliance of delivery to contracts (LASSL), be in charge of Voice audit planning and realization in different countries.
Requirements
University degree in electrical engineering/communication techniques or very comprehensive experience as a Senior Process/Quality Manager, ITIL knowledge, Qualified voice knowledge (HiPath, Cisco, VoIP), German and English business fluent.
