Release Project Manager (m/f)
Overview:
The Project Manager will be part of the Release Team reporting to the Head of Release & Localization and will be responsible for managing selected release projects to new locales/regions across Aerias broad portfolio of games as well as coordinating the planning/scheduling of content updates for existing in-market titles in conjunction with the game teams. The ability to analyze existing workflows and define new processes and structures is an essential part of this role.
Responsibilities include:
Effective project coordination and management
Workflow management & Process improvement
Scheduling & Resource management
Communication with producer and game teams
Managing content update schedules
Validation of translatable content
Define requirements and manage relationship with US teams and external
development partners
Budget tracking
Skills and experience:
University degree - Masters / Diploma preferred
3 - 5 years' project management experience in an international organization
Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal)
Strong IT skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Understanding of game/software release process
Negotiation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Understanding of localization process/tools desirable
Knowledge of gaming industry/ social games and/ or MMOs beneficial
Additional language skills advantageous
Passion for working in a start-up environment within a performance-driven company
