Company: Our client is the world`s largest provider of outsourced workplaces, including executive suites, meeting rooms, conference rooms, video conferencing and training rooms of any size. They now have a vacancy for a German Speaking Area Sales Manager based in Munich Germany.
Role: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business revenue within a geographically defined territory. The ASM must meet or exceed the sales targets/metrics, sucha as revenue targets, conversion ratios and calls/visits. He/She will also develop a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on generating more revenue. It is also the successful candidate`s requirement to meet or exceed targets and grow the business. You will also drive high conversion of all products through effectively following the sales process, ultimately resulting in a positive impact to the occupancy and profitability. Area Sales Managers must ensure that communications at all levels with the field team which in turn will maximize revenue.
Skills: The successful candidate must be fluent in German and English to be considered for this role and have a proven ability in selling services through direct sales in a B2B sales environment. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable in presenting to potential clients in a clear and professional manner. He/She will have a strong customer service persona at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
