SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Representative to work for one of the most prestigious and successful Online Gaming companies based in Gibraltar. This job as Sales and Customer Service Representative is ideal for a Sports enthusiast with previous Customer Service experience. This is an excellent career opportunity to join the team of a well established Online Gaming company with an International presence.
Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities:
* Provide first line support to customers
* Manage proactive outbound calling to various customer segments
* Work to daily and weekly objectives and targets
* Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
* Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
Sales and Customer Service Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a customer service / Telesales role, ideally in a contact centre environment with high call volumes
* Worked to targets and objectives
* Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
* Must have a keen interest of sport
* Ideally will have experience and knowledge of sports, and the betting industry
* Written and spoken English to the native level
