Starting a new international financial service project in Berlin, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people with a commercial background, who are answering customer’s requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We are offering the following positions:
Call Center Agents (m/f) – Multilingual
(Inbound, Full- and Part-time)
Requirements:
– native/near native Spanish, English, Italian or French speaker with additional excellent English skills
– Previous customer service experience essential
– Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands
– Ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
– PC literate
