My client
My client is a no. 1 mobile device company in the world with high reputation in techno market, very innovative and creative, is now looking for customer services agent to help in their Customer Services associates in German Language. You will be required to follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible, recognising more complex problems and escalating accordingly
Responsibilities
To provide Excellent Customer Service for pre-sales and post sales
Interact with customer who shop online on company website, suggest them the product according to customer demand and choice
Must be able to convert technology in simple words and be able to explain to customer s
Educate customer regarding their quarries of product and service with excellent customer services
Requirements
Fluent in German and English
Excellent Problem solving skills
Stress tolerance
Dynamic personality, ability to wow the customers with company services
Soft sales skills, very diplomatic as this job more would be on personality based
