We are seeking to fill a new position of Mobile Product Consultant to join our team. The Person
• You naturally build, develop and maintain relationships with customers
• You understand customer services, love the client brand and would enjoy showcasing how our products and solutions can be adapted by every customer both existing and new
• You believe in providing an amazing, personalized experience to each and every customer
• You enjoy interacting and communicating with people through a variety of media/channels
• You are a natural educator
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional pre and post sales customer service
• Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique relationship managed experience
• Have a firm grasp on the client ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms.
Experience:
• Previous people-facing roles where the emphasis has been on quality of service.
• Any of the following areas may be of interest (not exclusively) – Retail, Sales, Teaching, Drama, Business Owners, Hospitality, Travel, Product Demonstrators, etc.
