The role:
Deliver exceptional pre and post sales customer service around product lines.
Inbound sales
Interact with Online Store customers through multiple channels simultaneously as part of a customer-facing role.
Create, build and nurture relationships with customers
unique relationship managed experience
Have a firm grasp on the ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms.
Understand and convey the positivity of corporate values to our customers.
Your Profile:
Fluent or native German speaker with excellent command of English
Any of the following areas may be of interest (not exclusively)
Retail, Sales, Teaching, Drama, Business Owners, Hospitality, Travel,
Skilled at managing and maintaining relationships
Good at translating techno-speak in to layman's terms
Proven demonstration skills
Proficient computer & keyboard skills
Previous people-facing roles where the emphasis has been on quality of service.
