Job description
- To deliver profitable sales of nominated elements of the product and service portfolio into assigned Customer base in line with sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer base and use this to develop an annual strategic sales plan and to maximise sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the full product and service portfolio
- Develop and maintain excellent customer, reseller and internal support staff relationships.
Build and manage virtual teams within the group divisions
Requirements
- Understand the business, decision-making and financing processes of your nominated customer base
- Develop a detailed understanding of how ICT and Network and Application performance management solutions adds value in their business
- Prepare and implement strategic sales account plans for all customers and Identify business growth opportunities in assigned customer base
- Prepare and present accurate and detailed Sales proposals and Tender responses
- Prepare, maintain and constantly update accurate and expansive sales forecasts for each customer
- Identify and convert sales opportunities which will grow revenues to meet targets
- Network in customer organisations and related organisations
- Provide considered feedback to Management on all deals, whether won or lost
- Use the customer hospitality to best commercial advantage
- Capture all required information in the CRM system- NOTE Flexible working hours and regular travel are a necessity. Occasional early morning, late evening and/or Weekend work will be required with no additional payment
Salary indication
- Sales Knowledge and experience of NMS, voice, data and security CPE and Service solutions.
- Sales Experience / Commercial awareness
- Technical knowledge is an advantage
- Works on own initiative, focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and judgement skills.
- Broad understanding of the product portfolio and competitive market.
Strong practical knowledge on All major Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) and CRM
