Company: Our client is one of Germany`s leading providers of customer communications and marketing services. They employ over 4000 people in Germany with experience of more than 20 years in their business. Now they serve the European market from their multinational office which is based in Germany. In their German headquarters they now have a position for a Swedish Technical Support Berlin Germany.
Role: As part of a global team you will support customers on a variety of inbound calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues on a range of technologies on the phone or via email. In addition you will support customers on a variety of inbound hardware related issues. The ideal candidate will provide technical support on the phone to external customers who speak Swedish and English.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need fluency in Swedish and English. Good customer skills, typing, word processing and database knowledge are necessary in order to support customers efficiently. Previous IT experience in PC applications, hardware, software, networking or other support experience is required. The candidate should be personable, and have excellent communicational skills to be considered for this role.
