The role: HR Specialist, DACH and Nordics
Our HR team seeks a new member in our Hamburg office. As the HR Specialist you will be providing key services to employees in multiple offices, based in 7 countries. In this position you will work in an international, fast pace environment. You will be part of a flexible and collaborative HR team where you will have the opportunity to make a difference.
Responsibilities:

* Provide general HR support to the business in the DACH and Nordic regions, primarily for the Sales organisation.
* Manage daily HR operations (including requests from external 3rd parties). You will provide support and advise to people managers in people matters and in the application of Google?s HR tools, processes and practices.
* Coordinate and support the planning and execution of HR programs (performance, talent, merit reviews).
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure the delivery of high quality HR services to the business paired with a great employee/ people manager experience when interacting with HR.
* Operate HR information systems and databases to ensure data consistency and correctness; provide informations and run reports as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BSc degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
* Experience in HR related matters, preferably in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree.
* Solid analytical skills to develop data based solutions and scenarios.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage successfully towards timelines.
* Strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach and influence others.
* Demonstrated organizational and project/program management skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
