Now they serve the European market from their multinational office which is based in Berlin, Germany.
Role: A new project has created Norwegian speaking positions in their German headquarters. If you are a fluent speaker of both languages Norwegian and English you have technical support experience and enjoy working with customers this could be for you! The main tasks of this role are provide technical support and follow up by phone, e-mail, internet and fax supporting customers with information, advice and troubleshooting.
Skills: Ideal candidates will be customer oriented with a very good knowledge of IT and technology devices. Only native-level Norwegian speakers will be considered as this role requires supporting customers speaking Norwegian in a daily basis. We are looking for a candidate that is a team player and have excellent communication skills.
