Routine email from the weekends is banned as part of our work / life balance philosophy.

Our kitchens are stocked with healthy food, fruit and snacks, all free – it's not an unfamiliar sight to see PayPal people preparing breakfast together. There are sports clubs and exercise classes. Completely open-plan, our offices have none of the traditional status symbols. The physical environment is designed with employees in mind, whether you need to grab some quiet thinking time, brainstorm with colleagues or hold a formal meeting – it's all set up to be just right.
